The return to modesty through the gown with high neck has officially been back. Contrary to the past, high necklines do not mean the dress has to look dowdy or less trendy. In fact there is a subtle chic and sexiness in not showing too much frontal skin. In fact, most LBDs have been endearly referred to as the black high neck dress.
